How to export GPS data to TopoFusion

To get from my Magellan Meridian Gold GPS:

  1. Download the track from the GPS using Magellan’s MapSend software.
  2. Export the track as a *.trk file from MapSend
  3. Import and convert the track using GPSBabelGUI using Magellan MapSend as the source format and GPX XML as the destination format
  4. Import into TopoFusion
