The 400km brevet recap

It’s coming.

Suffice it to say it went very well in spite of tons of climbing, tons of headwind, lots of rain after sunset, and mediocre headlights. I finished strong and only had problems falling asleep on the (short) drive home.

  1. Well congratulations on accomplishing you goal. Head winds and rain huh? Dang that must have been a toughie, along with the climbs you had but you did it!! I just don’t understand how you had trouble falling asleep though. If it was me I no doubt would have got in the car and totally passed out from exhaustion. You must have been still running on adrenalin!!!

  3. Holy crap man! How do you do it?!? Getting out just for the heck of it and cranking out 250 miles in ONE RIDE is just unbelieveable. Whatever you are taking, I want two. Congrats Kurt, another fantastic achievement!
