Happiness is no voice mail at the office

The only thing better than no little red light on my office phone when I get back after a stressful three-day weekend… is a red light signifying a message… but when I check it, it’s only 3 seconds of SILENCE! Yay!

SeabsctAnd on an unrelated note… here’s a photo for you. A new vanity plate for my collection. I’m just collecting ones that are meaningful to me or particularly clever. This one is particularly good. I’ve read a book entitled this and he was born just a few miles from my house.

Once upon a time, I always wanted to do a happy dance when returning to the office and having no voice mails from people demanding I do stuff for them.

    Great plate… :)

No voice mail now that’s a great way to start your work week!!!! Means all is well and you are doing your job, right?
For the plate, mmm “Lappie” seems to need more coffee or something this morning, cause it’s going extremely slow. I will come back after “Lappie” is wide awake and wanting to move at a normal pace. Grrrrrrrrrr computers, such a love hate relationship!!!

Cool Seabsct, mmm see I just need to speak badly of “Lappie” and she worked fine for my by the time I finished my first comment!!
Did you see the movie Seabiscuit? A good one!!!

I had a total of 1 voicemail over 2days, and it was only a hang up.

For me that translates to 2 free days in which everyone was actually choosing to do their own jobs, instead of asking me to do it for them.

It was such a nice feeling!
