Very interesting picture but for the life of me I can’t figure out what it is. Looks like water on leaves with lil twigs. Am I even close?

haha I looked and dur I should have read “Ice and Twigs” before I drove myself nuts wondering what the pic was!! Can’t be I had enough coffee this am!!
